Custom Equity Group is a new and innovative Aggregation Service Company in Australia. It originated from a large broker group with first hand experience of the need for a service that looks after its Brokers first.
Over the years Aggregation Companies have been using Brokers to build successful and profitable businesses. Now it is time to give back. This concept of shared equity has been the impetus for the development of this Group.

Custom Equity Group Directors
Managing Director: Sean O'Brien
Sean is the Managing Director of Custom Equity Group.
Sean has 26 years of experience in the Banking and Finance Industry with experience gained at CBA (14yrs) and ING Direct (12yrs). With Two Masters Degrees in Finance, Banking, Management and Administration, Sean has many strengths including excellent relationship building skills, an adeptness in developing and implementing business/marketing and sales strategies and the capacity to establish a framework to quickly generate large volumes of profitable new business.
Sean is responsible for overall strategy, corporate governance and driving the future direction of the company and is the lastest director of Custom Equity Group having joined in March 2008.
Director: Jeff Bliss
Jeff Bliss has been involved in the Banking and Finance Industry since 1977 having worked for the Commonwealth Bank and its merchant bank subsidiary, AEFC Limited. Jeff commenced business as a finance broker in 1997 and is a foundation member of Custom Equity Group in 1999.
Director: David Downs
David Downs has been involved in the Banking and Finance Industry for 35 years having worked for CBC and National Australia Bank Today, he provides a diversified range of commercial products, investment and residential property loans to a growing client base. David is a foundation member of Custom Equity Group since 1999.
Director: Graham Montgomery
Graham Montgomery has been involved in the Banking and Finance Industry since 1980. Originally with CBC Bank then National Australia Bank, and holding various management positions including credit management and commercial lending roles. Graham holds a Graduate Diploma in Management from UNSW. Graham has extensive experience in structured borrowings, construction finance and working with business clients. Graham is a foundation member of Custom Equity Group since 1999.
Director: Trevor Murdoch
Trevor Murdoch has been in the Banking and Finance industry since 1963 including a 35 year career with Westpac. Trevor has extensive experience in retail, commercial and corporate lending and has a degree in Business Administration from the University of Western Sydney. Trevor is a fellow of the Australian Banking and Finance and an Associate Fellow of the Australian Marketing Institute as well as being a Justice of the Peace since 1976. Trevor is a foundation member of Custom Equity Group since 1999.
